Surely that means he is cut from the same cloth as geordie legends, Bracewell, Clark and Elliot. If someone offered you a massive wage to work for Sunderland would you?
Bracewell left the mackems to come to us - not the same.
Clarky redeemed himself many times over by supporting Newcastle at the cup final, whilst still a Sunderland player, and wearing 'that' T-shirt.
Elliot - you're right, fuck him.
Steve Bruce has turned Newcastle down as a player and as a manager - he has relinquished all geordie status and is simply a typical modern day football mercenary. End of.
He was born in Corbridge anyway
You never know,it might turn out that he's there in an undercover capacity.If he should manage to relegate/bankrupt the inbred fuckwits then I will once more recognise him as a geordie should he fail in his mission I will endeavour to drown his grandchildren.
